Our stay at Palmbeach Resort & Spa Mactan was amazing! The value for money was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with utmost politeness and helpfulness.

This hotel offers an excellent breakfast with drinks made out of powder and juice, for instance. The venue has brand-new and clean rooms with balcony, nice views.

My recent stay at Palmbeach Resort in Mactan was absolutely fantastic! I was there for a relaxing vacation and stayed for a week. The room was spacious and had a convenient kitchen area, along with a lovely balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the beach. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool even in the tropical heat. The highlight of the resort was definitely the infinity pool, which, although small, was situated in a picturesque location overlooking the beach. It was the perfect spot for capturing stunning photos. Another great feature was the integrated dive shop, making it easy for me to explore the underwater wonders. And the direct access to the water at the back of the property was a huge plus. Despite the aging facilities, the staff did an excellent job of maintaining everything and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my stay at Palmbeach Resort & Spa, I had a great experience. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. I especially appreciated the assistance of Gabriel, Gleenn, and Allysa, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant trip.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, which made it inconvenient for browsing or streaming.

Rooms are smelly, They wanted to charge for us to leave the bags 1 hour extra with the concierge. Super expensive for location, and value. Staff was not friendly.
